Our
ROOMS
We have named our rooms after some of our more iconic resident bird species. Each bedroom can accommodate two people with a private bathroom per room. Each room offers something slightly different, but we trust whichever room you pick will comfortably suit your needs. All of our B&B rooms may be booked for a minimum of two nights, while our static caravan is bookable for a minimum of five nights.
BULLFINCH
BULLFINCH is a comfortable and spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed, small seated area and ensuite bathroom. Two windows, either side of the room, allow for the early morning light and provide views across the paddocks. The ensuite bathroom is complete with a wall-mounted electric shower.

In the room you will have access to WIFI, a small television with built-in DVD player, storage space to hang and fold clothes and a tea & coffee station.

This room can accommodate two adults.

Price per room £120 per night, including breakfast. Minimum two night stay.​

Due to having our own pets and free-ranging livestock, we have a no pet policy.

Strictly no smoking or vaping.
DIPPER
DIPPER is a comfortable and spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The window view looks out over the breakfast room, towards the wooded river valley. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and a hand-held shower head.

In the room you will have access to WIFI, a small television with built-in DVD player, storage space to hang and fold clothes and a tea & coffee station.

This room can accommodate two adults.

TAWNY OWL
TAWNY OWL is a cosy twin bedroom boasting wonderful views across the grounds and has its own private bathroom. By request, the twin beds can be pushed next to each other to create a faux double bed. The bathroom is situated across the hallway, it is private for your usage only and complete with a wall-mounted electric shower.

RIVENDELL
RIVENDELL is a self-contained, self-catered, static caravan, situated in our secluded field. The caravan consists of three bedrooms (two small twin rooms and one small double room) complete with one bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room, front decking and patio.

Ideal for four people, but can accommodate a maximum of six guests at a push.
​
Please get in contact to discuss prices and length of stay as there are various factors involved. Generally five night minimum stay, but on occasion, we could be flexible with this.

Due to the abundance of wildlife that shares the lower field with the caravan, we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum.​
​
